I have been a Junior Data Analyst at MARS Petcare for over a year now. As the first memeber of the MARS Bathurst data analytics team I have experience working with disjointed databases and systems, performing ETL using SQL, Microsoft Power Query and Microsoft PowerBI. I have created and maintained dashboards, transformed complex datasets into actionable insights for the floor team and communicated with factory stakeholders to guide decision-making.
One example of what have contributed to MARS is that I maintain a KPI called the TRS. The TRS determines the factory efficiency by looking at the inputs and outputs of the factory each week and scoring whether the factory performed as well as it could have. It features detailed breakdowns of where we fell short of our targets, which the floor managers review each week.

I was a Technical Support Officer for the NSWDoE at Willans Hill School. Here I would hone my autonomy working as the only IT person on site. This position involed me managing all the technical assets on site, including the laptops, ipads, smartboards and peripherals. Tasks I had included doing stocktake, upgrading and repairing devices and doing tech support for classrooms students and teachers. This role was very fulfilling and taught me a lot.

I was enlisted as a PAL leader by UOWx for my high grades in difficult subjects like database management. In this role I created, marketed and ran study sessions where I would support uni students with their understanding of the courses. I also did private tutoring for a few students where I tutored python, networking and SQL.
